Explore our Christmas themed play space, enjoy a hot chocolate and Christmas treat (child 1y+ ticket only), and join the elf to sing Christmas songs with instruments with a bubble finale.

Come and visit Santa with your own personal visit. It will only be your group/family in the space at a time. Each visit lasts for 30 minutes and consists of a visit to Santa followed by time in the sensory room. There will be no queuing and no noise.
This is perfect for children and adults with SEND who may struggle in a typical Santa's grotto environment. You can book up to 6 adults and 4 children to attend a single session.

Come and get ready for a visit from Santa with our two hour Christmas Eve specials.
Play in our Christmas themed play space, enjoy Christmas music, write a letter to Santa and post it in our postbox, enjoy a hot chocolate and Christmas biscuit all finished with a visit to Santa in our grotto. (Only tickets for children aged 1 year + include food/drink, and a gift from Santa).
Adult tickets include a hot drink (coffee, tea, or hot chocolate) and a biscuit and enjoy getting ready for Christmas with your children.
